It can take up to 24 hours for a new referral to appear on uppr Performance Network, so give it some time. To see your conversions, log in to Dashboard and take a look at the "Referred customers" section.
If your referral is not displayed after 24 hours, you can claim it within 14 days of logging in at affiliate@raidboxes.io. It may happen that the customer you referred does not use the affiliate link correctly, the cookie does not work or another error occurs. In these cases, please contact us. You will need to provide us with some information so that our team can investigate the issue and confirm that you should receive credit for the sale.
As soon as the amount of your approved commissions exceeds €50.00, your commissions are eligible for payment and are automatically included in the next payment round. Payments are made between the 20th and 31st of each month and require a valid IBAN.
